Addison's First Shots
Addison is 2 and a half months old already!!!! She had her first shots last Friday. She got 5 single shots for DTaP, IPV, HIP, Hep B, PCV7 and an oral liquid for the Rotovirus. She loved the liquid, but the shots didn't go over to well. She screamed the entire time. But as soon as she was held she was fine. She was a little cranky for a few days after her shots, but overall did really great. She weighed 11 pounds 3 oz (60th percentile), she was 22.5 in (50th percentile), and her head circumference was 15.5 in (50th percentile). So she is about average in every category.
She has been smiling and giggling like crazy lately, and is getting so much personality. She loves laying on her back on her play gym. She loves her bouncy chair too. She loves monkeys. She has a monkey toy on her bouncy chair and a stuffed monkey in her crib that she "talks" to all the time. Addison is also trying to roll over on her side. With some help she makes it all the way over.

I just found out last week that my dad will be in Vegas for work. So he planned a special trip out here to see us. This will be his first time meeting Addison. We are all so excited.
Here are some pictures I took the other day of Addison's many faces. I will be getting professional pictures done and will post them soon.

Addison is Blogging!!!
So I thought since a lot of you don't get to see Addison a lot or haven't even met her yet, I would start a blog. This will be a great way for everyone to see how fast she is growing and what is going on in our lives. I will try to blog regularly and post a lot of pictures!
